A lovely old stone Sawmill located just off the town centre in the market town of Llanidloes, Powys, and located overlooking the Weir and River Severn, has now been renovated and converted into a contemporary family home while retaining some of its traditional façade.
The Old Sawmills, part of Bridgend Factory, was built in 1834 and has experienced a variety of changes throughout its rich history. In 2002 the main building was converted into 11 luxurious apartments and the Sawmill development is the final stage of the total renovation.
A a warm roof system and single ply membrane was installed on the new build roof terrace which opens out from the first-floor study and has stunning views over the River Severn.
Once the roofing installation was completed a Sika Roofing Field Technician carried out a 34-point final inspection, ensuring that the work had been carried out in accordance with the specification and that it met the necessary standards for the issue of a guarantee.
A perfect roofing solution for this lovely old Sawmill.
